Jur Vrieling: “I am extremely proud to welcome horses from SF.Equestrian”

Jur Vrieling and Bart Bles are one of the most notable riders in the ring and they have this to thank, among other things, for their bright blue competition jackets from SF.Equestrian… Although their achievements on the international stage are already enough not to go unnoticed.

“It’s only been a year that I’ve been riding for SF.Equestrian,” starts Jur Vrieling. “I am extremely happy and proud that I can welcome SF.Equestrian horses in my stables. I am therefore enormously grateful to them for the trust and opportunities I am given.”

“I currently ride three top horses from SF.Equestrian. Despite their still fairly young age of nine years, they have already shown on several occasions that they are made for the big work. One of them is Long John Silver 3. It is a horse with all the scope. He could jump over three meters. He is also very intelligent and careful. It’s a real championship horse!”

“I also got Griffin van de Heffinck under the saddle. This mare has all the qualities that a horse needs. She still needs some time, but once she indicates that she has gained enough experience I can see that horse entering the World Cup ring.”

“Finally, there is Chabada de L’Esques. This gelding has a very rare and exceptional character, both under saddle and in handling. It’s a real collaborator and that shows in the top results he puts down.”

That Vrieling sees a future with these horses is evident from his enthusiasm. His ambitions are therefore great. “The long-term goal is obviously to make it as far as possible,” he says. “We want to get as high up the rankings as possible and of course win European and/or Olympic medals,” he concludes.
